Prayer Conference. The posters are up, the tickets are ready,all we
need is you! Bishop Gary Wolsey is our conference leader. Agenda and
registration forms are on the back table.
St. John's Church in
Wabigoon is having their Roast Beef Supper at the community hall on
Saturday September 12th @ 6pm. Tickets are available in our office.
It
is renewal time for Keewatin. It is just $10.00 a year and comes with
the Anglican Journal. Please send a cheque or money order to the
"Diocese of Keewatin" and clearly marked with "subscription". The

Annual
Women's Fellowship Tea Thusday September 24th. It is St. Luke's turn to
host this event. The theme this year is "Where Friends Meet, Angels
Gather"
Monday Morning Prayer Group starts meeting again on Monday September 14 @ 9 am
The
Foundation Fish Fry is September 19th @ 5:30 pm. Tickets are available
in the office or from members of the Men's Group and Foundation members.
Daughters of St. Luke resume on Tuesday September 6th @ 7pm
Anglicans
Working Together will meet on Tuesday September 29th @ 7pm. It is
important to the ministry of this parish that all committee chairs or
their delegates attend this meeting. |
